I was stranded. I had made it to Milwaukee on a one way bus ticket to link up with a guy i met on the internet, but when I arrived at the cold bus station that evening, he was a no-show. I texted him for hours with no reply and i thought maybe he got in a car wreck or some other event like that until I finally got a text back from him that said "Fuck off ho!".

I was devastated. Months of talking to this guy and pooling together every penny i had to buy this bus ticket, all for nothing. Now i was stuck with no way back home to Reno. He had told me he would buy my ticket home once i got there, so i didnt get a two way ticket. I was only 18 and it was my first time away from home.
